UNDATED (WKRC) - If your job has you stressed you out, putting a plant on your desk could help to ease your worries.
Researchers in Japan observed employees' changes in stress levels pre- and post-involvement with plants and found that stress decreased in those who gazed at a small potted plant for a few minutes a day.
The lead author of the study says the results suggest that "Nature breaks" could provide benefits.
